Our Adult Day Centers is non-residential facilities that provide a protective environment, personal care and recreational activities to persons who cannot remain safely at home or who are isolated at home alone. Adult day services are often critical in allowing older adults to remain at home and avoid nursing home placement. Our center benefits older adults by reducing isolation and providing a setting for stimulating activities. At the same time, caretakers are able to work at a job outside the home, or simply take a break from the demands of care giving, knowing that their loved one is in good hands.
Our mission is to provide leadership that ensures safe, high quality, comprehensive adult day services to Philadelphia by practicing care excellence, adopting responsible business practices, social and financial accountability and community partnership. We believe in treating all clients regardless of sex, race, color, religion, culture, age, social and financial status, with utmost respect, dignity and equality, protecting the rights and privacy of the clients while maintaining the provision of the highest quality of assistance

Facility
Our program starts the minute you arrive. We designed our facility to promote a sense of well-being through architectural details
Recreational Activities Our certified recreation therapist will provide creative activities designed to stimulate your mind and muscles leaving you with joy and fulfillment each day.
Nutrition Under the direction of our registered dietician, we offer a full breakfast, hot lunch, and afternoon snack professionally prepared by our in-house kitchen and executive chef. We also provide dietary monitoring/counseling and nutrition education.
Nursing Our inter-disciplinary team will prepare a care plan that is right for you. Under the direction of our Medical Director and Director of Nursing, our licensed-care team will provide evaluations, treatments, health education, medication management/administration, and health monitoring. Our certified nursing aides will provide assistance when you need it with your activities of daily living (eating, toileting, bathing, dressing, and locomotion).
Social Services Under the direction of our licensed social workers, we offer individual and family counseling when you need someone to talk to, and assistance with all community services such as food stamps/meals on wheels, housing, homecare services, etc.
Medical Services Under the direction of our board-certified Medical Director, we offer on and off-site healthcare services including physician care, physical, occupational and speech therapy, podiatry, dental and vision care, psychiatry, and psychology counseling.
Transportation Our new fleet of executive vans and buses will pick you up and drop you off every day. Our fleet can accommodate all assistive devices you may have. We also provide transportation to medical appointments, retail stores, and other community services.
What The Program Cost Medicaid covers 100% of the total cost of our program thru the Medicaid Managed Care insurance companies. We are approved providers of United Healthcare Community Plan (AmeriChoice), HealthFirst NJ, Horizon NJ Health, and Amerigroup Community Care. Please contact our Social Service Office to determine eligibility. Private pay clients are always welcome. Please contact our Social Service Office for our current flexible rate options.
